EZVideoSplicer

EZVideoSplicer is an easy to use media file editor. EZVideoSplicer allows you to quickly and easily cut or join WMV/ASF or AVI files. It also allows you to encode video in Windows Media Video 9 (WMV9), and merge media files of any supported type (WMV/ASF, AVI, MPEG, DIVX) into one large file. EZVideoSplicer supports constant and variable bit rate video encoding and a wide range of audio encoding options. WMV 9 is based on MPEG 4 allowing for much smaller media file sizes while maintaining high quality.
