Step 1: Make sure you have installed SoundTaxi Media Suite (Trial Version or Registered Version) on your PC, then double-click the SoundTaxi Media Suite icon on your desktop, program starts to run and the interface shows as below.
Step 2: You can see there are five functional buttons on ST Media Suite interface, click and choose the first utility, SoundTaxi Pro+VideoRip tool is running, now you can select the download FLV files you want to convert to WMV format.
You will find that when you added a FLV video file into the list, it will be converted into unprotected MP4 automatically, that's because the default output video format is MP4.
