Calling-Us Standard Main Features:

Info-announcement (voice-recall)
With the info-announcement the caller listens to any adjustable announcement. This function is also known under the denomination voice-recall.

Answering equipment
With the answering equipment the caller can leave a message after the announcement text. Optionally there can be stated a time limit for the message and a close text. If the max. adjusted length for messages is exceeded, the Calling-Us answering equipment closes the call with a close announcement.

Message request
Keep received voice messages in the message request for later calling. Via the message request you can inform yourself about received voice messages and even received E-Mails every time. You can restrict the access to the message request via a DTMF input or an own number to be called.

DTMF-navigator
The caller can interchange between various information services via DTMF-inputs. Different information areas can be structured with a free adjustable hierachy.

PC-call acceptance
Call by PC-call acceptance via the PC-sound card. Can optionally be set up as room monitoring.

VIP-welcome
Provide individual welcome announcements for certain callers. Afterwards the forwarding to another appliance within the configuration takes place optionally.

Connection
The appliance connection makes a connection to the given number and puts through the caller. If no connection can be made to the given number, the caller is put through to another appliance after a certain period of time. Not only the free adjustable music on hold facilitates the institution of a Call-Center that is adapted to the customers. With the simultaneously use of a telephone equipment with internal S0-bus there is no more telephone charge.
